You heard us right! Japanese theme park Yomiuriland have put together a work-from-home package designed for remote employees to enjoy a ‘workcation’ package. These visitors can continue to work from their laptops in a number of unusual locations on the resort, including by the pool and on the Ferris wheel!

👾 Vivaldi Introduces Arcade Game

Web browser Vivaldi has released it’s latest update, and with it, a stroke of genius to rival Google Doodles. Vivaldia is a 1980s style arcade game with Cyberpunk inspired aesthetics that is playable on both desktop and Android.

🏥 Ratched Sets Netflix Records

American Horror Story director Ryan Murphy has set a new Netflix record with latest offering Ratched. The One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest prequel starring Sarah Paulson (also of AHS fame) was viewed by over 48 million households in it’s first month, making it the most-watched debut of 2020. It is not, however, the most-viewed debut of all time – that honour belongs to The Witcher.

🍐 PearPop Levels Up TikTok

TikTok’s swift rise in popularity heralded a new era for influencer marketing, and new start-up PearPop have capitalised brilliantly on the concept. The company allows fans to bid for screen time with their favourite TikTok stars, and in its first month it has seen over 25,000 users already.

📱 Among Us Tops Games Charts

Among Us is the game that has taken the internet by storm of late, and it has the stats to prove it. Data from Q3 released this week has revealed the game is the most downloaded from both the iOS App Store and Google Play. It has also caused a huge increase in use of Twitch and Discord. Nothing sus here – the game is simply a hit.
